The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations by receiving, organizing, staging, and distributing materials, tools, and equipment. This role plays a key part in supporting project and service teams while maintaining a safe, organized, and customer-focused warehouse environment.

Skills and Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service in all warehouse interactions.

• Receive, pick, pack, stage, and distribute materials, tools, and equipment.

• Assist with inventory organization, tracking, and control.

• Operate warehouse equipment and obtain required certifications as needed.

• Stage and organize warehouse tools, materials, and equipment daily.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.

• Support project and service teams with material preparation and deliveries.

• Perform other warehouse and operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Warehouse, logistics, inventory, or related experience preferred.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately.

• Basic computer skills preferred.

• Valid Driver's License required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to work on ladders and navigate warehouse storage areas.

• Frequent standing, walking, climbing stairs, and material handling.

• Ability to operate warehouse equipment, vehicles, and power tools safely.

• Ability to work in varying warehouse and outdoor conditions.
