We are seeking a Fire Alarm Technician to install, program, inspect, troubleshoot, and service fire alarm systems in commercial and residential environments. This role is responsible for ensuring systems are operating properly, compliant with applicable codes, and providing reliable life safety protection for our customers.

Skills and Responsibilities
• Install, program, test, and upgrade fire alarm systems
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain existing fire alarm systems
• Perform inspections and verify compliance with NFPA and local code requirements
• Complete detailed service and inspection reports
• Respond to emergency service calls and resolve system issues
• Communicate findings and recommendations to customers and team members
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED
• Experience installing and servicing commercial and residential fire alarm systems
• NICET Level I, II, or III certification preferred
• Knowledge of NFPA 70 and NFPA 72 standards
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Physical Requirements
• Ability to work on ladders and elevated surfaces
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and work in confined spaces as needed
• Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments
